If you wish to purchase online and pick-up in-store, please select the Click and Collection option during checkout.

If you wish to try any Outlet styles on in-store, please contact us at info@headoverheels.co.nz or on (03) 366-6681. We aim to have them delivered within 1 working day and you will be notified when they are available in-store. 

Returns & Exchanges

We will happily accept the return of Outlet products purchased with us online for NZ and AUS orders, providing you meet all conditions.

We are offer exchanges and store credit for discounted products, however we are unable to offer refunds.
