STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a capable, business-minded Store Manager to lead the team and support the continued growth of the business.
35-38 hours per week, ideally Tuesday - Saturday.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys working closely with a team, and takes ownership of both sales performance and day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where customers feel confident and inspired.
A genuine love of fashion and styling is essential. You’ll enjoy helping customers find pieces, especially shoes, that not only suit their needs but make them feel great. You understand people, can read their preferences, and stay up to date with trends, styling, and how to bring looks together.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Coach and develop staff in product knowledge, styling, and selling skills
• Monitor store performance and guide the team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain strong awareness of the shop floor to ensure every customer is engaged
• Plan, prioritise, and delegate daily tasks effectively
• Oversee store operations, including stock, visual merchandising, and online orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, creating loyal, returning clients
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone is:
• A confident manager with a strong understanding of sales and customer service
• Comfortable leading by example and supporting team development
• Organised and efficient, able to prioritise and delegate
• Commercially aware, with an interest in improving performance and results
• Customer-focused, with a genuine care for creating a great experience
• Proactive and positive, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards
• Strong belief in the product – you back what you’re selling, quickly build product knowledge, and confidently
communicate the craftsmanship, story, and value to customers and the team
• Able to build a supportive, motivated team culture where people are encouraged to do well
• An interest in the broader business, with exposure to or curiosity around areas such as e-commerce,
marketing, or operations
