    Assistant Store Manager

    A rare opportunity has arisen to become our Assistant Store Manager. This is your chance to assist with leading a close-knit team while developing your own career and learning the inner workings of a small business. This role provides a unique chance to grow professionally with the goal of advancing to the position of Store Manager.

    The role:

    You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day to day management of the store and sales team.

    Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of staff; includes running monthly store training, and day to day training.

    Taking care of the day-to-day running of the store, including stock, administration duties and assisting the online store.

    Competitive remuneration package;

    Sunday to Thursday roster.

    Experience in retail management is preferred, however we are open to passionate people looking to move to the retail industry with different backgrounds and experience.
