We’re a family owned and operated business, passionate about customer service and handcrafted shoes and accessories sourced from around the globe. We also run our rapidly growing website from this location, adding to the dynamic energy of our store.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate retail professional who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine drive to achieve. Someone who loves selling, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in delivering customer service that consistently goes above and beyond. This is more than just a sales role. As a small business, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across different areas of the business, including merchandising, social media, and our website. We value curiosity, ideas, and people who want to grow with the business over time.
Strong operational capability will set you apart. You’ll be confident problem solving, comfortable working across systems such as Shopify and Lightspeed, and capable with spreadsheets and day to day store operations.
As a Sales Assistant at Head Over Heels, you’ll focus on delivering a memorable in store experience while also having the chance to contribute to other parts of the business such as visual merchandising, our website, and social media.
