Assistant Store Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen to become our Assistant Store Manager. This is your chance to assist with leading a close-knit team while developing your own career and learning the inner workings of a small business. This role provides a unique chance to grow professionally with the goal of advancing to the position of Store Manager.

The role:

You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day to day management of the store and sales team.

Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of staff; includes running monthly store training, and day to day training.

Taking care of the day-to-day running of the store, including stock, administration duties and assisting the online store.

Sunday to Thursday roster.

Experience in retail management is preferred, however we are open to passionate people looking to move to the retail industry with different backgrounds and experience.

Part Time Sales Assistant

We are on the hunt for a bright and bubbly new team member to work as a sales assistant and to assist with dispatching online orders. Previous retail experience is required. If you are passionate about customer service and the brands we stock then we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for: 

Genuine passion and interest for people, able to create good chat and giving customer service that exceeds expectations.

Love working with customers and building a strong, loyal client base.

Self motivated and able to use their initiative.

Experience in a retail/customer service environment is essential.

Be enthusiastic, motivated, confident and have a bubbly personality.

Experience with Vend and/or Shopify would be an advantage but not essential. 

Must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday each week.
