GIFT
VOUCHERS
Head
over Heels gift vouchers are sold in-store and are only able to be
redeemed in-store currently. They are subject to the following terms
and conditions:
Gift
vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift
vouchers can be redeemed in-store against all products sold at Head
over Heels. Gift
vouchers cannot be returned of refunded and are non-transferable. If
your purchase will exceed the credit value of the gift voucher, any
remaining balance must be paid for by cash, credit or debit card. Head
over Heels is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen,
destroyed or used without your permission. Head
over heels reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem
such action necessary.
We
hope to have online gift vouchers redeemable at www.headoverheels.co.nz
in the near future.
CORRECTIONS
OF ERRORS
The
information of the Head over Heels website may contain errors and may
nor be complete or up to date. We therefore, reserve the right to
correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and
update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that
such errors may relate to product descriptions, pricing and stock
availability.
PRICING
We
charge New Zealand dollars for all our orders as per advertised
amount shown on the online store at the time of purchase. All
items on the website include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax -
if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our
prices accordingly).
When
you place an order with Head over Heels you are agreeing to purchase
the item at the price stated.
IMAGERY
While
Head over Heels strives to accurately display the colours of all
of our products, the colours you see can vary due to every screen’s
resolution. All mobile or desktop screens will depict the colours
differently.
PRODUCT
DESCRIPTIONS
Head
over Heels and our suppliers try to be as accurate as possible in
describing products on our website. However, our Head over Heels
website may contain some slight errors or inaccuracies.
QUALITY
Items
are classified faulty if they are received damaged, or where a
manufacturing fault occurs within twelve months of purchase.
Please
note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are
not considered to be faulty. Please look at our ‘Leather Care’
instructions page to ensure you care for your item(s) properly.
Head
over Heels has the right to assess the product before deeming it
faulty.
Items
classified as faulty will be repaired. If an item cannot be repaired
Head over Heels will replace the item, subject to availability. A
receipt or a proof of purchase must be presented and given to Head
over Heels in order to action and resolve any processes of repair or
replacements.
RETURNS
Footwear
should be returned unmarked and in it’s original and undamaged
packaging as this is considered part of the product. Your
refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card
and will exclude shipping costs. Please
note, card refunds may take up to three working days for your bank to
complete, depending on their processing time. This can very between
different card users.
SALE
ITEMS
Items
purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. You may return a
sale item for an exchange or credit note within seven days of the
purchase date.
COUPONS
AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
You
may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through
promotional materials.
Each
code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary
value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency.
Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time if
promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be
modified. Some discount codes may be redeemed both in-store and
online, or when specified, for online purchases only. Again, this
will be stipulated at the time of promotion and on accompanying
promotional materials.
Any
refund of an item purchased with a promotional code will be returned
at the purchase price. The promotion or ‘discount’ will not be
refunded.
Under
no circumstance can the value of a discount code be deducted form an
order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes
will be issued.
Only
one voucher can be used per order.
SPECIAL
ORDERS
If
Head over Heels does not have a style, colour or size in something
you would like, we will happily try to source this item for you. If
we are able to source your desired item we will require a full
payment in order to process the special order.Any
items specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged should it be
unsuitable for your needs.
