This Ardour collection draws inspiration from the energy and architecture of Europe’s fashion capitals, including Milan, Berlin and Hamburg. While travelling through Germany and Italy earlier this year, we captured footage of key styles near iconic train stations and underground stops. Each shoe is named after the places that left the strongest impression, reflecting the moments, movement and mood that shaped the collection.

Nelson Made has landed and is exclusive to Head over Heels in New Zealand. Delivering a curated collection of shoe designs that celebrate minimalism in design and sustainability in the make. Each pair is handcrafted with a commitment to outlast, season after season.

We offer a unique range of personally curated footwear from New Zealand and International designers. Our shoes are made in small family owned factories across the world, primarily in Italy, Spain and Germany. Artisans passionate about their craft use traditional shoe-making techniques. Third and fourth generations in these family businesses bring fresh concepts and modern elements to the traditional craft.
ARDOUR
We launched Ardour in 2021 to bring European-inspired styles to New Zealand. Influenced by the fashion scenes of Milan and Berlin, the collection takes classic footwear shapes and gives them a fresh, street-style edge.
ABIGAYLE
Abigayle was created by Greta and Carrie in 2020, born from conversations about what customers were searching for in NZ footwear. They design exclusive styles for Head Over Heels that feel considered, modern, and lasting.
