Call and Collect

We are now offering contactless collection from both our stores. Please call us to arrange, or leave a note in the Delivery Notes section when placing your order. Due to Level 3 restrictions we are unable to let any customers inside our premises so we will bring your shoes outside to you. Please call us when you arrive as we may be in our stock rooms.

Head over Heels delivers within New Zealand and Australia. 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES 

We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, through NZ Couriers.  

You will receive your item(s) between 1-3 working days.

Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.

We offer non-rural addresses a $10 option for a Saturday delivery service providing your order is placed before 2pm on the Friday and the Friday/Saturday is not a public holiday.

DELIVERIES TO AUSTRALIA 

We offer a $25.00 flat rate for shipping on all orders within Australia

An express delivery charge of $25 applies to all purchases under $199.00

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, through NZ Post.  

You will receive your item(s) between 3-5 working days.  

Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.  

Please be advised that customs and taxes may apply to your international order. 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES 

Inside of New Zealand you will not incur any duties or taxes however for orders travelling outside of New Zealand, please note that Head over Heels will not be held responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred on delivery into customs. Head over Heels has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; Head over Heels recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information. Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Head over Heels to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.To comply with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Law from marking the order as a ‘gift’ also prohibits us, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you refuse a shipment due to the cost of customs duties and taxes, this amount will be deducted from your return upon arrival back to New Zealand. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted.  

PLEASE NOTE:

Each new order is deemed separate and each is treated individually. 

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, please ensure you provide physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours. 

Head over Heels is not responsible for anything wrongfully signed or accepted by a third party.  

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Private Bags.  

Rural delivery can take an extra two working days in transit time from the standard time frames mentioned. Head over Heels is not liable for stolen parcels. Head over Heels recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming both your order and your address.  

Once your order has been confirmed, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number of your goods.
