• There is no refund on items that have been on in-store layby. An item purchased on in-store layby may be returned within four days for an exchange or a credit note.
• Goods which haven’t been received by Head over Heels within four days will only be allocated a store credit.
• Store credit notes are valid for 12 months.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
you are returning goods you must contact us within 24 hours and let
us know why you are returning the goods. Please fill out the return
form which you will receive with the goods and ship back to us within

In-store layby purchases are subject to in-store policy only. If you decide to return a product(s) you have placed on layby in-store or over the phone you are able to return for an exchange or a credit note within four days of the item pick up date.
• Shipping costs back to Head over Heels are the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods
• Head over Heels does not take any responsibility for items lost in the process of being returned to us. We recommend using a courier service with a Track and Trace facility.
