RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you wish to return a product purchased online, it can be returned for a exchange, refund or credit provided that;

• Receipt as proof of purchase is in the box.

• The item has not been used or worn and the box is in perfect condition.

• There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale or through discounted or promotional periods.

• There is no refund or exchange on items that have been on layby.

• Goods which haven’t been received by Head over Heels within four days will only be allocated a store credit.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you are returning goods you must contact us within 24 hours and let us know why you are returning the goods. Please fill out the return form which you will receive with the goods and ship back to us within four days. You can also down load the form HERE

LAYBYS

Laybys are subject to in-store policy only. If you decide to return a product(s) you have placed on layby in-store or over the phone you are able to return for an exchange or a credit note within four days of the item pick up date.

PLEASE NOTE:


• Shipping costs back to Head over Heels are the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods

• Head over Heels does not take any responsibility for items lost in the process of being returned to us. We recommend using a courier service with a Track and Trace facility.

• If you would like to return your item for a different size, please email your request to info@headoverheels.co.nz or call us on 03 366 6681. If the item is available, it will be put on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.
